I really like your resources collected on this topic! They all look interesting to read through. I also like you example using Duolingo as an AI tool used for learning. I think that it is interesting because language learning is more associated with real human interactions but the AI tools can be good enough to be used in the basics of language and communication. I wonder if you think that AI could also replace some other parts of our life that still require human interactions such as reception. This I think could also come to a question of whether teachers are there for the human interaction or experience that AI could not imitate?
